If you are a member who resides in one of the following states, your Wellcare By Allwell plan is not renewing in 2025: Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, and Texas.

In October, you will receive a letter in the mail notifying you that your Wellcare By Allwell Medicare Advantage plan will not be renewing in 2025.  This means that your Medicare Advantage coverage with Wellcare By Allwell will end on December 31, 2024. 

There will be no changes to your current Medicare Advantage coverage and benefits through the end of the year.  You can also continue to use this website to access your 2024 plan information through December 31, 2024.    

Know your options.

It’s important to understand your plan options and take action!  If you don’t enroll in a new Medicare Advantage plan between October 15 - December 7, you will lose your Medicare Advantage coverage and return to Original Medicare on January 1, 2025.
